Troika Fair

The Annual Troika Fair will be held on the following dates:

Fri., Oct. 28;   Sat., Oct. 29 and Sunday, Oct. 30. The exact times for each day will be forthcoming.

Enclosed in today’s bulletin is a special envelope

for Troika Fair donations. Any offering will be appreciated.  This money is used to defray the cost of the necessities needed to prepare for this most important fundraising event of the year.

The profit goal for the Troika Fair is $5000. It is necessary to reach this goal in order to help properly maintain our church.

We all can help by contributing, volunteering to serve on the committee, attending and supporting this Fair, and inviting one’s family members and friends to attend.

If we all make the effort to do what we are able to , we can by far exceed this profit goal of $5000.

As Church Council President, I am confident that as members of this beautiful church, we can work together and make this a joyful and successful fundraiser. I am thanking you in advance for your thoughtfulness, generosity and cooperation.

The Raffle tickets will soon be given out. Because there is not sufficient time to mail out or distribute the raffle tickets before Oct. 28, the drawings will be held on Sunday, Nov. 11^th. On that day we will have a fundraiser dinner chaired by Julia Petrini and Barbara Driscoll. This will be in lieu of the Thanksgiving Dinner Fundraiser. Our profit goal will be estimated at $1500.  More details to follow.
