Gospel: Luke 12: 16-21
Sat., Nov. 28 Vespers at 6PM
Sun., Nov. 29 Divine Liturgy at 10:AM
We were all aware of the fact that the Troika Fair could not take place this year because of the Corona Virus. The Troika Fair is always a major fundraiser for our Church.
This year, thanks to Natasha Kuznetsov and a group of women who prepared Russian and Georgian foods from Pre- order food sheets which people requested to buy and pick up at a specific time.
This idea helped bring in some profit for our Church.
May God Bess these women and Grant them Many Years for all their hard work and dedication to the Church.
Also, many thanks to all those people who made monetary donations to defray the cost of the expenditures such as ingredients and supplies.
Many thanks also to the people who supported the Troika Fair by ordering and buying the various foods listed on the pre-order sheets,
May God Bless you all!
The profit from the Troika Fair is approximately $2,120.
Christmas Wreaths and Pointsettias
We will be adorning the Church inside and out as we always do.
Wreaths will be placed on the outside of the stained glass windows , the Christmas tree will be put up in the church with pointsettias in front of The Iconostas.
Usually we do the decorating a week or two before the Nativity.
Men are needed to put up the wreaths and put the tree together.
Please see Barbara Driscoll if you can help.
It is amazing what can be accomplished if we dedicate a few hours of our time and work together. I am thanking you all in advance for your cooperation.
Financial Support for the Church
It is of great importance for all parishioners to continue supporting St. Mary’s Orthodox Church by sending their offerings and donations in a timely manner so that the monthly expenditures can be paid.
Please send your offerings to the Rectory address listed at the top of the bulletin or by way of Pay Pal.
